The House

The house share comprises of main bathroom plus a separate wc, lounge, kitchen, extra utility room for drying clothes and an outside yard area. Full gas central heating throughout along with full double glazing which makes the house very warm. On street parking is available. The house is located just outside Scarboroughs town centre, just a few seconds walk to town, and about 2 minutes away from the beach.

We have no admin/credit references fees and we don't lock people into long contracts. Arrange a viewing today to avoid disappointment.

The Room

Room 5 of this house share is the biggest room within the house. Measuring 5 meters by 4. The room is wired for freeview HD and also has a double glazed skylight which lets a considerable amount of light come into the room. Natural wood beams run through the ceilings giving a country cottage feeling. The room is located on the 2nd floor of the house. Room 5 has also benefits from extra insulation, helping to maintain a warm environment.

Cleaning
The weekly rent also covers the cleaner coming in every week to clean the communal areas of the house share such as bathrooms, kitchens, utility rooms, front rooms and hall ways. Basically any area of the house that is shared.

Gardening
No one likes having to slave away in the garden on a hot sunny summer day. we include a weekly gardener so after a hard day of work you can come home and enjoy the garden without any of the hassle that comes with it.

Maintenance
All our house shares are run and maintained by us. We have our own maintenance team that is constantly maintaining and improving the properties we have. If anything goes wrong we're never a day away from getting it sorted.

Contract

Who likes long contracts and admins fees? No one! Especially not us. We don't believe in locking people into long contracts and charging admin fees. You are more than welcome to stay for as long or as short as you need to stay. Many tenants even move between properties that we have when other rooms become available, the choice is yours.

Safety

All our houses are registered with the council which means we conform to the highest safety standards. All the properties have a yearly gas and boiler check as well as a fully tested electrical system and smoke detectors throughout. Upon request these certificates can be shown.
